Heading towards my mid sixties, I've had weekly sessions with Anthony for over a year now. Forever patient, courteous and interested, he succeeds in me achieving 'personal bests' in weights lifted just about every week.
He makes my regularly changing sessions enjoyable, interesting and testing (obviously) leaving me feeling forty years younger as I leave the gym. As I think someone once said about using muscles and joints in my age group, 'use them or lose them.'
I find that as a result of Anthony's sessions, I now feel so much stronger across the board which also leads me to sitting, sleeping and swimming so much better too.
